Singapore-based property investment firm Pacific Star has unveiled its latest condominium project – a Bt4.2-billion project on Tiwanon Road in Bangkok – that will be within walking distance of an MRT station along the new Purple Line.
Jirawat Kateseang, Pacific Star Thailand vice president and head of sales and marketing, said that the company will continue to expand its investment in real estate in Thailand as long as Bangkok’s central business districts have the potential to receive it. The Posh Twelve on Tiwanon Road is its first condominium project launched this year, with each unit priced at Bt1.99 million.
The project is slated for competition in 2016. The company has selected CB Richard Ellis and Century 21 (Thailand) to manage the project’s sales strategies, including pre-sales on March 20-21.
Pacific Star Thailand developed Sathorn Garden, a 350-unit freehold residential condominium project on Sathorn Road in Bangkok and Eight Thonglor Residences, a mixed-use development comprising a 34-storey apartment tower with 196 luxury condos and serviced apartments and a three-level retail centre.
It has also developed two joint-venture projects in Bangkok with Asian Property Development – Rhythm Ratchada and The Address Sathorn. Pacific Star also has offices in Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Seoul and Shanghai.
