Set to house the Ritz-Carlton luxury residences, Ian Schrager Marriott collaboration for the trendy Edition hotel and commercial/retail space.
Pace Development has been under the gun to start work on site and conjecture in the property sector has been pointed as to whether the ambitious tower will go forward.
