Infrastructure Developments Signs Joint Venture Agreement With One of the Largest Construction Companies in Southeast Asia

Infrastructure Developments Corp. announced today that its subsidiary, Intelspec LLC (Thailand), has signed a Joint Venture agreement with Ritta Ltd., Thailand, to pursue specific projects in Southeast Asia. Intelspec LLC is targeting several larger construction management opportunities throughout Southeast Asia and Ritta Ltd. is a recognized leader in Design-Build construction as one of Thailand‘s largest construction firms.
