Our client is a leading global construction and project management company. We are seeking a Construction Manager to work on High Rise and Mixed Use development in Bangkok, Thailand.
The role will specifically be completing the facade and high end interior.
The role is to supervise, coordinate and manage the project to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget and to the quality specification.
It is essential that you are experienced in overseeing all construction activities and driving the schedule. You will be interfacing with multiple stakeholders, authorizing project transactions, ensuring all polices are followed and working closely with planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
You should have the following:
– Degree in Engineering (civil/structural)
– Façade and Interior completion experience
– Knowledge of primavera
– High rise construction experience (more than 50 stories preferred)
– Commercial awareness
